If you've ever seen a young child playing on the playground, I would have had a taste of true happiness. The child is totally focused on your game is completely focused on the work he did. Is totally immersed in the moment. He does not think about what happened 10 minutes earlier, when he was pushed off balance by an older child. He does not care what's in store for him in school tomorrow. He is happy just to play at this particular time in the yard. Happiness. The ability to be able to enjoy the moment and accept it as is, nothing more and nothing less.

Often, as adults, over-analyze the circumstances that surround us. Nor can we really live in the moment. We are haunted by past events in our lives. We are a strain on the uncertainty that the future will bring. This leads us to experience a moment of happiness.

So we will never be happy? It 's true that nobody can be happy all the time. Anyway, here are some tips to remember when he feels that happiness is within your reach.

1. Looking at life through the eyes of a child. This can give a sense of awe as you try to look at it as if it were your first time. Be aware of the present moment. Where are you, what do you drink in the sights and sounds around. If you walk in the neighborhood, take note of trees, flowers and sky. Slow down. deeper breaths and relax.

2. We are our own worst critic. It is often very easy for us to magnify failures, disappointments and regrets in life. Do not be too hard on yourself. Give yourself a chance. The people do not. It is not a crime. The most important thing is that you have chosen, and are moving. Pat yourself on the back the courage to go forward. Walk tall and smile.

3. Be grateful. Be thankful you're alive. You have people who love you. You have a roof over their heads, food on the table and a job. When times are tough for you, do not compare yourself to others. Just stay focused on what you have, not what you do not.

4. Helping others who are less fortunate. If you spend a little of your time to help those in need, you'll find that you can see life from another angle. This will open your eyes to all the luxuries that you already have in your life. These people can help you learn a thing or two about life. Sometimes the less you have, the happier you are.

Happiness is not the end. It is a journey. You will never arrive at a destination called "Happiness." That's what you learn, what you feel, what you see on this path in life that bring you happiness.

There is much to say about happiness, that if you stop to think if you're happy or not, then often think you are not satisfied. If you want to be happy, just be happy love. The pursuit of happiness is finding love.

Nobody knew better than the former American president, Abraham Lincoln. It was said that Lincoln was a bit of a paradox. It was very peaceful and compassionate unspeakably one hand while his other hand, it was so hard and unyielding determination and commitment that a man could ever be.
Lincoln knew his heart, but he also knew his mind. He was happy in his heart and depressed in his mind not knowing one way or another, how to reconcile two aspects of his life difficult. Yet he loved deeply and tenderly, if necessary, just as hard as steel at other times.

To be happy is to just be yourself. That's what Lincoln knew and always tried to achieve.

This article will discuss some ideas about happiness and how you should never try to define it or find it, just be ourselves, and happiness that we find is an integral part of ourselves.

''Most people are happy as they make their minds to be.''

Abstract: Abraham Lincoln, 16th U.S. President (1809 1865)

Abraham Lincoln was apparently not a very happy man.

He suffered from severe depression and melancholy most of his life.

Here are a couple of things that he once said.

''I am now the most miserable man living. If that's what I feel has been uniformly throughout the human family, there is not a happy face on earth. Do I have an ever better, I can tell, I guess I'm terribly. To remain as I am is impossible, I must die or be better, I think.''

and

''A tendency to melancholy .... let it be noted, is an accident, not an error. ''

How then could say this event since its opening in happiness?

What does he know about happiness?

It seems that he did not force any decision to be happy in himself, and he seemed to believe and accept his misfortune as the most unfortunate result of a provision which has been a natural part of his character and he really could not do much more.

It was his fate to be unhappy. However, in a sense, he was happy in fulfilling its role if it is determined that no amount of material loss could not stop, and had the misfortune more than most other men in her life.
